Downloaded the daily solar f107 data in the single file DAILYPLT.OBS
which all the results from ~1947 onwards. Downloaded from:

Phil - at a couple of dates in the Dailyplt.obs file that there
       is no recorded F10.7 value or it has only a ".". Find
       them by trying to load file into MATLAB. Have replaced 
       them with average of two adjacent values where possible, if
       more than one then try to average them according to a linear
       change between the two closest known points.
