Data Analysis for C-Migits and Span Attitude.
Files generated are: 
cmig_hpr.txt: C-Migits Attitude Data
span_hpr.txt: Novatel Span Attitude Data
span_mig_diff.txt: Difference between Novatel and Span Attitude.

The format for each file is simply:
Time Heading Pitch Roll

Time is in GPS seconds of the week. Heading, Pitch and Roll are in degrees.

The file span_mig_diff.txt contains the difference between the attitudes of
each instrument.  This file has a fifth column that is the difference in the 
reference time between the SPAN and C-Migits used to calculate the 
difference in attitude.

A fourth file referred to as cmig_timeseg.txt contains the Y2Koffset which
is the number of seconds since GPS Y2K for the beginning of the GPS week. 

Several sets of plots are generated for different segments of all three files.
The file cmig_timeseg.txt contains the start and stop times for these segments.
The segment start and stop times are listed in GPS seconds of the week.
